BTC Racing's has a wealth of motorsport experience to draw from having run and prepared and number of different kinds of race cars. This includes championship winning cars in the World Hot Rod championships and TVR Tuscan Championships.

In 2006 the team bought SpeedEquipe Motorsport's Lexus IS200s. This was a toe in the water exercise to see what was required to make these cars truly competitive. The team had an impressive debut out qualifying a number of the championship regulars, in the races the cars showed solid pace and reliability.

In 2007 the team had some very impressive races with Chris Stockton running as high as 2nd on a number of occasions.
For 2008 the team will develop the potential of the cars even further. The Drivers for 2008 will be Chris Stockton, and multiple Truck Racing champion Stuart Oliver!

After two rounds of the 2008 season BTC made the decision to swap to SEAT Toledos, after struggling to get the Lexus to the finish lines.
