SpeedEquipe Motorsport built a pair of s2000 spec Lexus IS200s for the 2005 BTCC, an awesome amount of effort was put in to get these cars to the grid. There was definate room for improvement
in both reliability and pace, development continued in late 2005
but the plug was pulled on the team.

In late 2006 BTC-Racing bought the pair of cars, since then
they have been unlocking their full potential.
